The people are gaining a lot of experience and knowledge through the media even, if they did not learn about those things directly. They might learn it from other people whose ideas may be influenced by the media. In addition, the advent of the media reduced the role of the folk culture in the Arab society (Stanley, and Dennis 329). The Media Committee of the Arab League has made Code of conduct for the work of the Arab media, but nothing has changed ("Arab satellite media mess" 1). The Arab media is still suffering from the chaos of airing many pornography programs. For example, broadcasting some advertisement and Western films in the Arab media, which carry Western content and are exposed it at any time for family and children, can risk a change in the Arab culture (El-Gamal 249). In addition, the media manipulate term and launch of the terms, such as "terrorists" instead of "guerrilla" or "suicide bombers" instead of "martyrs", have been used by the United Nations during international conference to clear and specify the define of terrorism. The false content on the channels wrongly used of terms in the mass media creating problems and confusion for the people in Arab society even if there were channels that present terminologies in accurately way, such as Al-Jazeera channel. There are also Arab channels that dedicated to transfer a specific category of appropriate content for the group targeted, such as Al-Jazeera Children. Therefore, the Arab society should also be aware of how to face the risks of the media.
